We have sold media items for library systems throughout Ohio, large and small. We provide libraries with a one-stop solution for selling their discards and donations online. Media items such as books, videos, DVD's , audio books, etc. are listed on sites such as abebooks.com, Amazon.com, Alibris, Alibris UK, Blackwell Online, Books-a-Million, Borders Marketplace, Barnes and Noble, chapters.indigo.ca, Half.com, TomFolio.com, and many more. How does it work? We go through discards and donations for your library and pick out a selection of titles that have value online. We only take a very small percentage, so there are still plenty of books available for your FOL's or library's book sale. We list the titles on multiple online venues, and warehouse the titles until they sell at our Columbus, OH warehouse. You maintain ownership of the items, we simply take care of everything for you. When someone orders an item, we ship the item. Once a month, we pay libraries for their earnings. We pay 50% of net profit for each item that sells. This is one of the most fair rates that can be found among similar vendors. We take care of all customer service, item processing, etc. No extra work for your staff or volunteers. What gets listed and how? We list all media items. We handle items whether they have ISBN/UPC or not. We do not limit ourselves to only "current" items. We list each item individually, each item getting a unique description about its condition, etc. We make sure that the library achieves maximum profit for each item, and this includes making sure each item gets unique attention when listing. Unlike our competitors, we do not upload generic descriptions for every item. We want your items to sell! How do libraries get paid? We pay monthly.
